Nice microcline crystals are commonly found in Conway granite miarolitic cavities and less frequently in pegmatite bodies.

K spar crystals such as these are rare at Joppa Hill. Brown stains on feldspar were not removed with half-hour treatment in Iron-Out and ultrasonic.

The matrix is quartz, feldspar and arfvedsonite.
